Our Legends program is designed for adults 60 and older who want to live a healthier, more active lifestyle. Through safe, functional strength training, we focus on building strength, mobility, and confidence—helping you enjoy a stronger, more independent life at home and beyond. We believe our older community deserves the same opportunities to stay active and fit as anyone else, and we’re here to make that possible.
