About Coach

Coach Kail has been coaching at Little City Fitness since 2025 and has quickly become a staple in both our early morning and evening classes. You’ll find her leading the 5/6 AM crew or putting in the work herself during the 4/5 PM classes—her presence is felt throughout the entire day.

A mother of two very active and athletic kids, Kail leads by example. Her energy, work ethic, and competitive spirit are evident the moment you see her train or experience her coaching. She holds her USA Weightlifting Level 1 certification and has a specialty in grit-driven, “grunt-style” workouts—teaching members how to get comfortable being uncomfortable and push past their limits.

What truly sets Kail apart is her heart for people. Even in the middle of her own workout, she’s cheering others on, encouraging them to keep going and give their best effort. She has a genuine desire to serve the community and is deeply committed to helping every person walk out of the gym better than when they walked in.

Coach Kail brings intensity, support, and passion to everything she does, making her an incredible part of the Little City Fitness team.
