Coach Chaz brings over 10 years of running and strength training experience to the Little City Fitness community, along with his personal training certification and a passion for helping people achieve real, lasting results.
He specializes in working with beginners, goal-driven individuals, and runners—providing clear, simple, and effective plans tailored to each person’s goals. Whether it’s losing weight, building muscle, increasing endurance, or simply becoming more consistent, Chaz focuses on creating structure without overwhelm.
In 2024, Chaz committed to training for a 70.3 Ironman triathlon—an experience that pushed him to a new level of discipline and sparked his passion for endurance training. Since then, he has completed a marathon, a 50K, and a 50-mile ultramarathon with over 7,000 feet of elevation gain.
His coaching is built on guidance, clarity, and support—helping members understand not just what to do, but why they’re doing it. Coach Chaz is dedicated to helping people stop guessing, start progressing, and experience the confidence that comes from reaching their goals.
