About Coach

I began functional fitness in 2017 after training for a running a marathon. I realized that I wasn’t getting the type of fitness that I was looking for from running alone. I Received a CF L-1 training certificate in 2019 and began coaching at that time. I enjoy helping people learn new skills and showing them that they can do more than they thought. I strive to learn more and more to make myself a better athlete and to also be able to share that knowledge and make other people better as well. I enjoy the competitive side of fitness and have participated in numerous competitions over the past 3 years. I enjoy working with a barbell most. I began working out and coaching at LCF in 2021 and hope to continue to help members reach their goals.
