My 5 Week Transformation

The main question I get in regards to my transformation is "Why did I want to start?".. I decided to make the change for my health and make my wellness a priority when I joined Little City's 5 Week Challenge. I joined because I was sick and tired of being sick and tired!


I felt terrible and was eating and drinking my feelings in pandemic sized proportions. It was taking a tole on my health, mind and body.  Within the first week of starting the challenge I noticed changes in how my body felt, however the most noticeable change was my attitude.  I felt happy and energetic and it showed. People around me were noticing the difference too!



I’m not going to lie, breaking up with cheesy-poofs & vodka was tough, and the workouts...ooooffff; muscles were incredibly sore for about 2 weeks. That being said, with the help of the amazing Coaches at Little City, and the dummy-proof nutrition plan that they offer, encouragement of my fellow gym-mates (which is now my second family), and the support of my husband Nick, I pushed through the “suck”!  


The nutrition plan ATP Nutrition created, was key for me, it gave my body a new found sense of control over itself & made me enjoy being in the kitchen again! It isn’t difficult at all, as long as you are dedicated to it and plan ahead.


This is just my beginning, I have MORE goals and with the help of Little City and ATP Nutrition, I have the tools I need, to push myself to reach them! If I can do this, YOU can do it too, the investment is worth the payoff!
