I trained boxing/kickboxing from the age of 16 as soon as I could drive myself to the nearest boxing gym. After 4 years in the Marine Corps I came back home and began training MMA in 2002. After several injuries and a crazy work schedule forced me to stop fighting, I decided to focus my training on Jiu-Jitsu in 2011 and fell in love with the sport. ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ I still compete every now and then but my goal is to pass down the skills I've learned to others. The deep relationships and brotherhood I've established in the Jiu-Jitsu community is something I want everybody to experience. The Norwalk area has been missing the art of Jiu-Jitsu for far too long. I aim to fill that void.
